The Green Temple has been a part of the South Bay community for more than 20 years. We’ve built close relationships with local distributors and farmers to provide fresh, high quality food.
50% of our raw produce comes to you directly from local farms. 85% of our ingredients are organic. With the exception of our tortillas, pita bread, and whole-wheat buns, every single item on our menu is prepared in-house.
The Green Temple strives for integrity and sustainability in all areas of our business. We teamed up with Eco Products to substitute traditional plastic containers for fully biodegradable products. We bake in glass or ceramic pans, cook with filtered water, and use biodegradable dishwashing liquids.

Dishes that come with cheese are served with organic white cheddar. We also offer almond cheese (not vegan but lactose free) and Daya mozzarella cheese (vegan). Please specify your choice upon ordering. These two are available only for dishes with the icon. If you suffer from severe allergy, please be aware that we cannot guarantee an allergy-free meal.
